Working for one of the UKs largest judicial services groups, these positions are on a self employed basis and paid on monies retrieved which should be £25000 - £30000 plus ote.
(You will be paid on warrants served / % of the money retrieved).
The first 8 weeks of training and mentoring will be paid approx £220 per week gross.
Full UK driving licence required
Ideally you will have a Police, Armed Forces, Sales or Security background


Enforcement Agents are required, but not limited to:
Visit defaulters at the addresses stated on warrants (includes Liability Orders and Writs) to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.
To liaise with Regional / Area Managers as required

Administration
To account for monies received and control the use of the manual receipt book and other documents, in accordance with policies and procedures.
To return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner.
To ensure that all seizure notices are kept in a secure place and are available on request to justify fees applied
To enter reports via appropriate devices / databases in accordance with client requirements
To comply with reasonable audit requests
To provide and maintain detailed incident reports

Training and Development
To undertake any development training necessary to meet the legal requirements for the role

Required Skills
Ability to communicate and interact with others at all levels
Experience of working in a customer service or sales environment
Dealing with difficult people

Person Specification
Good interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
Good numerical and literacy skills, basic administration skills
Ability to work to targets (minimum doors per day and payments per week)
Ability to remain calm, confident and response logically in difficult situations
High level of self motivation and able to work unsociable hours (between 6am and 9pm)
