Adventure TV Host vacancy in Global ()

I am a Producer for a new start up adventure/travel TV Company. Our goal is to become content providers for National Geographic and Discovery. We currently have a show idea in mind. However before we can secure commissioning and funding we need to secure the series host and have some material of that person to include in our proposal.

The show I have in mind is an extreme adventure series that would see you travelling the globe participating in dangerous activities. In each episode you would be set a task to complete and receive training from a professional, however you would only have a week to train and prepare.

Snow Boarding Cliff Base jumping
Free Climbing
Thai Boxing
Extreme Kayaking

You need to have a thirst for adventure and a bit of an adrenalin junkie. The most important thing is to be confident in your self and on camera. In any host driven production the host is what makes the show, you have to come across charismatic and natural.

The selected candidate will need to participate in a test shoot this would take a day and would be paid.

Most series have 6 episodes so I would estimate each episode to take a week to film. Payment would be on a per episode basis, which would be a calculated % of the budget. If the show does get commissioned this would only be the beginning.
